Crews Magic Hand Car Wash #3 | Herndon & Ingram

Came on a Thursday. They weren't busy, I don't know if they were short handed or forgot but my whole right side of the car did not get scrub down with sponge. Literally got a car rinse only. Horrible experience.

I paid for the $29.99 ceramic wash at Crews Magic Hand Car Wash — one of their more expensive options — and it was honestly a huge disappointment. They advertise hand washing, but they barely wiped the car. There were streaks all over the windows, bugs still stuck to the front, and even soap left on the roof, mirrors, and other areas. We actually had to get out with a rag and redo a lot of the cleaning ourselves. The tires were not touched at all, and the person who was supposed to dry them off barely made an effort. He used a yellow rag that was stained black like grease and left streaks everywhere. For the price we paid, the quality was terrible. Definitely not worth it.

Car still dirty and my car is professionally ceramic coated so for it to have dirt still means this car was is complete waste. I usually wash my car hand but need a quick wash. You better off somewhere else

Complete waste of money. There was lots of bugs still on my car almost looks like i didnt even get a wash at all. Worst part is me and like two other cars were using the vacuums and they just cut them all off, no warning. And unplugged them and left without saying a word. I came primarily for the vacuum, the two other people there were also very disappointed about this. Save your money and go elsewhere…🤦🏽‍♂️

Any black-owned car wash spots? Please let me know. The hate be real 🤣😭🤣 Don’t let you be black driving in something you paid for. This is why I left Cali. Smh Never going to Crews Magic on 4020 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, Ca 93722. They talking about they cleaned my tires and rims and then I asked for the rag and wiped my own tires and rims and dirt came off like butter. 🤣😭🤣👌🏾 The hate be real…they didn’t clean the inside like they were supposed to. It’s cool, NO thanks don’t want those spirits in my car anyways but never again, asking me how much I paid for my vehicle none of your business you should be focused on properly cleaning cars instead of pocket checking me. You ain’t got to show me but one time. IN THE END I MADE THEM CLEAN MY TIRES AND RIMS AGAIN. Left a review with pics and now I’m debating on if I should post the video of this whole man telling his co-workers I was trying to scare them, because I asked them again to do what I paid for. 🤣😭🤣 you can’t make this up…I’m a woman first off and I’m only 5’1 🤣😭🤣😭🤣 I’m not scary, I’m smart, cute and don’t take mess from anyone 💅🏾
